Directions:
Adults take spoonful (13g) twice a day or as directed by a qualified health care professional. The product may also be dissolved in warm liquids such as water, milk, or teas. Shake well before use. Because of the honey, it is not necessary to be refrigerated once opened. As a natural product, possible crystallization or separation of ingredients can occur.
